At Elaf Quba Hostel, we prioritize transparency, comfort, and compliance with Saudi hospitality standards. Before booking, please review the following policies to ensure your expectations are met clearly:
1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
Guests are guaranteed a minimum stay of 20 hours per room, as mandated by the Saudi Ministry of Tourism. However, check-out times are fixed and do not adjust for late arrivals, so any unused hours due to late check-in are unfortunately forfeited. Both your check-in and check-out times will be clearly stated on your reservation confirmation.

Additionally, guests are entitled to:
Check in at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival
Check out by 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of departure
If the room isn’t ready by the standard check-in time, we will safeguard your luggage, offer a waiting area, and provide a light meal. For delays over two hours, we’ll offer alternative accommodation of equal standard and a corresponding discount.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before check-in may qualify for a full refund.
Cancelling within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in may result in forfeiture of your payment, unless otherwise stated in your booking. Always refer to your specific reservation details for exact terms.
5. Other Important Guidelines
Guests are responsible for any damages to property incurred during their stay.
Pets are not permitted, unless prior arrangements have been made.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or service per our operational and security policy.
Personal belongings should be insured—we’re not liable for loss or theft.
